A.O.Smith ITS 300-1000

The ITS is a dual coil indirect calorifier with a solar coil and a primary coil. It is available in five sizes from 400 to 1000 litres for a wide range of applications.

The A.O.Smith ITS is a dual coil indirect water heater (calorifier) suited to a wide range of applications. It has single-wall spiral heat exchangers: one coil for solar input and one for the primary heating circuit. Depending on the model, the solar coil delivers 52 to 87 kW and the primary coil 37 to 58 kW (80-60°C). The maximum working pressure is 10 bar for the tank and 16 bar for the coils. The steel is protected by second-generation PermaGlas Ultra Coat glass lining, which prevents corrosion. An insulated ring base eases installation and an insulated access cover allows comprehensive waterside maintenance. The magnesium anode is replaceable, and a flexible magnesium anode is available for confined spaces. A temperature and pressure valve with a stainless-steel spring set to 95°C and an analogue temperature gauge (0-120°C) are included. Options are electric element heat packs (3-36 kW), unvented kits and a destratification pump kit.
