The Vitotherm EI6.A24 is an electronically controlled comfort continuous-flow heater with 24 kW (400 V) that keeps the outlet temperature constant.

The Viessmann Vitotherm EI6 is an electronically controlled comfort continuous-flow heater. It keeps the outlet temperature constant, independent of the inlet temperature, up to its power limit. As soon as you open the hot water valve at the tap, the unit starts heating the water directly at the point of use; short pipe runs keep energy and water losses low. The hot water outlet temperature can be set in 3 steps: hand basin approx. 35 °C, shower and bathtub approx. 45 °C, kitchen sink approx. 55 °C.

The bare-wire heating system has a pressure-resistant plastic sheath; it is suitable for both low-lime and hard water and is largely insensitive to scale. If air enters the unit during operation, the air detection cuts the heating output for one minute to protect the heating system. The unit is designed for use in the home and, for the same purpose, in small businesses.

This model has a rated output of 24 kW and a supply voltage of 400 V. The enclosed operating instructions apply to the types EI6.A18, EI6.A21, EI6.A24 and EI6.A27 of the Vitotherm EI6 series.
