Polytropic Stepio

The STEPIO is a discreet, high-performance heat pump for spas, integrated into an optional step and keeping above-ground spas of up to 8 m³ at 38°C.

The Polytropic STEPIO heat pump is cleverly integrated into an optional step to provide a discreet, elegant solution while maintaining the spa water at an ideal temperature of 38°C. It is suitable for all types of above-ground spa up to a water volume of 8 m³ and ensures optimal operation all year round while keeping energy bills low. Standard sound insulation and variable compressor and fan speeds ensure extremely low noise levels. PolySmart Control regulates the heat pump's own power according to the water and ambient temperature, and an intelligent electronic controller keeps operation simple. A spiral-wound PVC/titanium condenser is impervious to corrosion, and a 2D-technology inverter compressor and a variable-speed DC brushless fan give a very high COP. A low-impact R32 refrigerant is used. An integrated relay controls the filtration pump in 'heating priority' mode. The PolyConnect WiFi module allows remote control by smartphone; 4G is optional. Included accessories are hydraulic connections, Silentblocks and a condensate drain kit.
