Rising energy costs, new legal requirements and variable electricity tariffs call for a new heating system today. The Vitocal 200-A intelligent energy (ie) is the new-generation heat pump that reflects Viessmann’s forward-looking energy vision and is much more than a modern heat pump. It lets users step into the Viessmann energy systems ecosystem easily and flexibly, adapts to their needs and can be expanded step by step over time. It can start out as a highly efficient heat pump and later be integrated into the smart energy ecosystem.

Smart technology

• Smart decision: Works in new builds and renovations, with radiators and underfloor heating. Energy efficiency class A+++ (D–A+++ scale) and natural refrigerant R290 (GWP 0.02).
• Smart control: With the ViCare app, energy consumption, room temperature management and optimisation with dynamic electricity tariffs are under control anytime, anywhere.
• Smart system: With the Viessmann One Base Intelligence platform, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, EV charging stations and existing heating systems can be integrated easily.
• Smart updates: Fast software updates keep the system up to date.

Quality and design

• Flow temperature up to 75 °C: suitable for renovation projects while keeping existing radiators and underfloor heating
• Compact indoor and outdoor unit design; all hydraulic components, including circulation pump and electric booster heater, are integrated in the outdoor unit
• Several outdoor units can be connected in cascade to a single indoor unit
