Viessmann Vitocal 300-G PRO

Two-stage brine-to-water heat pump for residential and commercial buildings: 84.9 – 222.2 kW (B0/W35), up to 1111 kW in cascade.

The Vitocal 300-G PRO brine-to-water heat pumps up to 222.2 kW are manufactured in series. The PRO series has all the features of the highly efficient Vitocal 300-G range. With five output sizes it reliably meets most requirements in residential and commercial buildings. Device standardisation allows quick and comprehensive planning and transparent costing. Higher outputs can be achieved by cascading up to five Vitocal 300-G PRO with a higher-level controller.

• Maximum flow temperature 60 °C (brine 5 °C) for all sizes
• Fully hermetic scroll technology; only 850 mm wide opening needed for installation (removable casing walls)
• Low noise and vibration; sound power level of 57 to 69 dB(A) at rated heat output (B0/W35)
• Electronic expansion valve (EEV) and RCD system (Refrigerant Cycle Diagnostic) for high efficiency at every operating point
• Electronic soft starters for reduced starting current; ready-to-run connection for intrinsically safe primary and secondary pumps
• Vitotronic 200 control with plain-text and graphic display (up to 3 heating circuits, “natural cooling”); optional: PLC-based Vitotronic control with large colour touch display (integration into building management via Modbus/BACnet or LAN, management of a second heat pump (lag))
• Water-to-water application with a brine intermediate circuit for direct use of groundwater
• Can be combined with an air/brine heat exchanger for air-to-water applications (air temperatures down to –5 °C)
